What is your Refund and Return Policy?

We understand that your tastebuds might change and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from The Pour Company!

In the event that you are not, we can assist you with a return, exchange or refund provided that the product is:

  • Returned within 14 days after it has been purchased
  • Not opened or damaged and in a re-saleable condition
  • Within its use by or best before date
  • Still in its original packaging (eg. when it was originally sold to you)
  • Not chilled

You must be able to provide a proof of purchase (which may include your original receipt, tax invoice or a credit card statement clearly stating your purchase from The Pour Company) when returning a product with The Pour Company. Please be aware that we do not refund delivery fees incurred if a purchase is returned as part of our Terms and Conditions.

FAULTY PRODUCTS

If a product that you have purchased from The Pour Company is faulty, damaged (excluding damage caused by misuse), wrongly described or breaches a consumer guarantee, we are happy to refund your money exchange, or where possible, repair the product.

For high value products, The Pour Company reserves the right to have the product assessed for acceptable quality prior to discussing suitable solutions with you.

We will ask you for a valid proof of purchase when returning a faulty product which may include your original receipt, tax invoice or a credit card statement clearly stating your purchase from The Pour Company. We do not cover the costs of delivery services or return postage.
