How long does engraving take?

Please allow up to 3 working days for your items to be engraved, you will be notified when your order has been dispatched.

What is your refund and return policy?

We understand that your tastebuds might change and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from The Pour Company!

In the event that you are not, we can assist you with a return, exchange or refund provided that the product is:

  • Returned within 14 days after it has been purchased
  • Not opened or damaged and in a re-saleable condition
  • Within its use by or best before date
  • Still in its original packaging (eg. when it was originally sold to you)
  • Not chilled

You must be able to provide a proof of purchase (which may include your original receipt, tax invoice or a credit card statement clearly stating your purchase from The Pour Company) when returning a product with The Pour Company. Please be aware that we do not refund delivery fees incurred if a purchase is returned as part of our Terms and Conditions.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver 7 days a week, servicing postcodes within 30km of Melbourne CBD.

Outside the 30km radius? Pick up is available for all customers, from our Melbourne CBD store.

How long will it take for my delivery to get to me?

  • We operate 7 days a week.
  • For orders placed before 6pm, your order will be delivered between 9-11pm on the same day.
  • For orders placed after 6pm, your order will be delivered between 12-2pm the next day.
